I feel overwhelmed

"You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face."
- Eleanor Roosevelt, first chairperson of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights, You Learn by Living
Problems are opportunities! Facing our challenges head-on is like climbing a mountain.Like the climb itself, taking on our problems strengthens the spiritual“muscles” needed to resolve them. Overcoming one problem is like reaching the summit of a mountain. We can enjoy the view for a moment but will inevitably notice the vast mountain range on the horizon. The goal isn’t only to savor the view but to become excellent mountain climbers. Over time, we start to find joy and exhilaration in taking on new challenges.
