Where do I even begin?

“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”
- Viktor E. Frankl, Austrian psychologist and Holocaust survivor, Man’s Search for Meaning
People feel powerless to change their circumstances. Many of us struggle to overcome the problems in our daily lives, such as taking care of our mental health or making enough money to pay rent. Having little to no belief in our own power easily leads to a low sense of self-worth and lack of confidence. While this may be a common feeling, it is far from the truth.

Buddhism teaches that each person’s life contains the infinite potential of the universe. With this inherent potential, we can transform any situation. From this perspective, revitalizing our life at its core is the first step to creating a brighter reality.
