Where do I even begin?

“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”
- Viktor E. Frankl, Austrian psychologist and Holocaust survivor, Man’s Search for Meaning
The root of all problems (and their solutions) exists within our own hearts. Buddhism holds that, just as we are, each of us possesses an enlightened self.
Our doubts and negativity cloud the infinite wisdom, courage, compassion, vitality, and confidence that already exists within us. We can challenge thoughts like, I'm not good enough, and transform our mindset from one of powerlessness to one of hope.
Buddhist practice helps us transform ourselves from the inside, a process we call "human revolution." Through this process, we begin to break through the walls of fear and doubt that we put around our hearts.
To win over the challenges in our daily life, we must first win over ourselves.
